From Halong Bay and Hanoi to Angkor Vat and Phnom Penh, the natural landscape and the historical importance will enthral anyone. Now, let’s take a look at the Vietnam & Cambodia tour itinerary: Day 1: Arrival - Ho Chi Minh City

  • Arrive to Tan Son Nhat airport, be picked up and transfer to your hotel for check in if room is available (check-in time is 14.00). Relaxing after a long flight. O/N at hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.

  • Day 2: AM: HCM City: Ho Chi Minh city half day – Cu Chi tunnels half day tour

  • We start the trip by visiting Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office, followed by exploring the Reunification Palace, and the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum, (optional Ben Thanh Market - only drop off).
    PM: Cu Chi Tunnels
    Visit Cu Chi tunnels - an incredible system including numerous trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers & kitchens. Visiting here, you will find out why Vietnam was the winner in the war. Return to Sai Gon


  • Day 3: Ho Chi Minh – Mekong delta full day – fly to Hanoi
  • Depart Saigon by road for Mekong Delta and its gateway city of My Tho, located 72 km south west of the city. Board a riverboat for an excursion across the Mekong through islands covered with lush flora and small rural communities. Cruise to Thoi Son Island where you will have the opportunity to visit a local house and taste some of the fruits that are grown locally in the orchards. Parkway in orchards, tasting tropical fruits. Lunch is at a local restaurant where you will have the chance to sample a local specialty: ‘elephant ear' fish. In the afternoon, time for cycling around the Tan Thach village, meet the local villagers to experience the local daily life in the Mekong Delta. Hammock relaxing and enjoy cool breeze for those can’t join the cycling trip. Return to Ho Chi Minh City. And then other driver transfers you to the airport for flight to Hanoi. Up on arrival to Noi Bai airport, you are picked up and transfer to your hotel for check in. O/N at hotel in Hanoi.


  • Day 4: 08:00 - 08:30 Hanoi - Halong Bay
    Our bus and guide will pick you up at your hotel. On the way to Halong city enjoy the journey through the rich farmlands of the Red River Delta and the scenery of rice fields, water buffalo and everyday Vietnamese village life. Arrive in Halong, embark the cruise. Lunch is served with a welcome drink while the boat cruises the bay to enjoy the beautiful limestone seascape. Visit an island and go kayaking to Luon cave to enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the bay. Overnight on board.

  • Day 5: Halong – Hanoi

  • Sunrise breakfast and cruise around the clear & emerald water to another part of Halong bay with a close up view of stunning limestone peaks. such as Drum cave, Man’s head Islet….Heading to Van Gia fishing village you will have the opportunity to understand more about the fishermen’s daily life. Having lunch on board with a variety of local foods, enjoying the rest of the boat trip before back to Halong dock. Have a short break before en route to Hanoi. Tour finishes at your hotel around 17.30. O/N at hotel in Hanoi.

  • Day 6: 8:00 – 8.30AM: Hanoi – Hoa Lu – Tam Coc
    Our guide & driver will pick you up, then leaving by bus to Hoa Lu (2.5 hrs). Visit the historic capital of Viet Nam and the famous ancient temples of Le and The Dinh Dynasties. Then our bus will transfer you from Hoa Lu to Tam Coc for lunch around at 12:30PM. After lunch, boat trip to visit Tam Coc to see the beauty of the karst formations as you pass along their base and row into one of the many caves carved through the limestone. Then biking for an hour on quiet roads through villages, rice fields, rivers and rocky outcrops in Tam Coc – Bich Dong (around 5 km). Dive back to Ha Noi and drop off at hostel around at 18:00PM. O/N at hotel in Hanoi.


  • Day 7: Hanoi city tour half day – fly to Siem Riep
    In the morning: 08:00 – 08:30 a.m: Our guide and driver pick you up from your hotel and start to visit Ho Chi Minh complex, including Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum – the final resting place of Vietnamese great father or Uncle Ho, President Ho Chi Minh’s stilt house – where Ho lived on and off from 1958 to 1969, then visit Ho Chi Minh’s museum where tourists will learn what he had done for Viet Nam and some other countries and a lot of information about President Ho Chi Minh. The next place is One Pillar Pagoda which is a group of structures consisting of a pagoda and a tower built in the middle of a square pond. Leave One Pillar Pagoda for the Temple of Literature the first college of Viet Nam dedicated to Confucian.
    Have lunch at a restaurant. And then transfer to the airport to get flight to Siem Riep. Up on arrival to Siem Riep airport, you are picked up and transfer to your hotel for check in. O/N at hotel in Siem Riep.


  • Day 8: Siem Reap – Angkor Temples
  • Early morning, we enjoy the Tuk Tuk to the jungle-covered temple of Ta Phrom and come back to hotel for breakfast at 07:30. One hour later, begin your temple exploration today at Angkor Thom City by west gate. From the enigmatic faces of Bayon temple to the intricate bas reliefs of the Terrace of the Elephants, Angkor Thom is filled with fabulous monuments. Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch we drive to Banteay Srei, it is also one of the most beautiful. Built in967 AD by Jayavarman V's guru, it showcases the most exquisite, deep and complex carvings in all Khmer architecture. O/N at Hotel in Siem Reap.

  • Day 9: Siem Reap – Tonle Sap Lake – Departure
    After breakfast, you will enjoy a short walk through a tranquil and typical Siem Reap neighbourhood before take a drive to Tonle Sap Lake to board a local boat for a cruise through the floating villages (best from July to February). Return to the town before lunch time.
    Afternoon, fly to next destination or back to your home. End of services and see you in the next trip & happy return with sweet memories.
